■ Telephone Advisory Services for Non-Japanese Residents      

The Chiba Convention Bureau and International Center operates the Telephone Advisory Service, to help Non-Japanese residents living within Chiba Prefecture solve problems related to language, customs, the social system, and culture of Japan. 
The service will answer questions which may come up in daily life on medical treatment, education, alien registration, and so on.
